For the past 37 years, Bryan has served businesses, and their owners, by providing practical, strategic and cost-effective solutions to their legal needs.
Bryan represents owners, developers, general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and material suppliers. As an experienced trial lawyer, he recently overturned a $550,000 jury verdict in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas for a general contractor client in a construction defect case. He successfully negotiated over $10,000,000 in construction claims in 2023. Throughout his construction career, he has successfully guided construction clients through complex, multi-million dollar projects across Ohio and other states.
Bryan has successfully advised small and middle-market companies through formation and financing, shareholder disputes, employment litigation, and many other business-related matters. The businesses he represents range from start-ups to well-established entities and those that need assistance with transferring the company to the next generation.

Bryan provides seminars to construction clients to train their employees in various areas, such as Mechanics' Lien Compliance, contract selection and negotiation, project documentation, and a host of other topics.
He has taught numerous Continuing Legal Education courses to train lawyers in construction law.
He is also a frequent presenter on a variety of legal topics to trade associations and other organizations, including the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, the Construction Financial Management Association, the National Association of Remodeling Industry, various Chambers of Commerce, and many others.

Bryan is a new member of the Dublin Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a former longtime member of the Westerville Education Foundation and the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce.
He is a former Adjunct Faculty of Business & Corporate Law at Columbus State Community College, Franklin University, and Capital University Law School Paralegal Program.
Since 2013, Bryan has acted as a mentor in the New Lawyer Mentor Program for the Ohio Supreme Court.
